Constructed by Morgan Lindsey in early 2023, this site was initially conceived as a proposal to replace the existing official Lincoln website. However, due to a lack of interest, the project experienced a period of stagnation. In later 2023, Morgan and Wendy Lindsey revisited the website, reconfiguring it to function in tandem with the current official Lincoln, Arkansas website and promote the city of Lincoln.

This particular website marks the inaugural project among several that Purple60 is developing as part of its  mission to "build better websites."
